Frolo is the app that connects, supports and empowers single parents. They partnered with our agency to improve user retention. We led a UX redesign that clarified the value proposition, streamlined navigation, and made post creation flow more engaging.
Frolo is the app that connects, supports and empowers single parents. They partnered with our agency to improve user retention. We led a UX redesign that clarified the value proposition, streamlined navigation, and made post creation flow more engaging.
Only a small percentage of new users posted in their first month. Through interviews, we found many were hesitant to share with strangers in the feed.
To address this, I introduced a new posting flow that let users choose their audience: all users, those nearby, or just their connections making it safer, more familiar space.

The original layout for creating post, tagging other, and adding hashtags was underused. I redesigned the layout to surface these features more clearly, improve discoverability, and align with accessibility standards.
