To grow subscriptions, we explored why free users weren’t upgrading to Balance+. Only 5% visited the premium tab in their first week. After discovering that 70% didn’t know what Balance+ included, we added a preview of high-value video content to the home screen.

To increase conversion rates, we identified an opportunity to enhance the paywall experience. We simplified the visual layout, emphasizing real user testimonials for credibility, and clearly showcasing pricing options. To validate our approach, we conducted an A/B test.
